Processing Time

Every order is handled with the utmost care. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to process and prepare your items for shipment.

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery timeframe is 5 to 7 business days following the processing period. Please note that certain specialized items, inc luding oversized furniture and custom pieces, require white-glove handling and may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your refined new additions every step of the way.
